Log in and open your cart. You'll see everything in your upcoming order and the deadline for making changes. Add, remove, or adjust quantities before the deadline and you're all set.
Log in and go to Account → Subscribe & Be Merry. Hit "Reschedule" to push your next order to a different date.

Yes! You'll get an email and text 2 days before your order deadline so you have time to make any changes.
This is rare. But, if anything is out, you'll see it clearly marked "Out of Stock" in the order email you get 2 days before the deadline. You can keep it on your subscription for the next time it's back, or swap it out for something else.
Unfortunately our system doesn't allow this right now, but if you contact us we can enter a one-time order for you. Or, you can set up a second account with a different email to place one-off orders.
