We expect our customers to be absolutely satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. But.. if you're NOT satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receiving it, we’ll provide you with store credit or a replacement. We always do right by our customers. In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your order or an item is damaged or spoiled, please see our Refund Policy for instructions.
Once you're order is out the door and in the hands of the delivery service, we're sorry, it's too late to cancel your order. However, if we haven't send your order out yet, we can cancel your order.
Inventory errors happen from time to time. If an item becomes unavailable, your final total as well as any applicable delivery fees will be adjusted. We'll be sure to let you know if there are any changes to your order.
You will enter your card info when checking out. But, your card is not instantly charged. We will charge your card within 2 business days and pack your order after the payment goes through.
If your card is declined, you will receive an email. We expect that you will resolve the issue or communicate with us quickly. We will not pack your order until the charge goes through.
If you do not resolve the issue, your account may be deactivated and/or your subscription will be canceled until the issue is resolved.
We're a small family business and do our best to get your order out the door ASAP, usually within 1 day of your payment going through. However, life happens sometimes. There may be sickness or emergencies or holidays. We promise to get your order out the door within 3 business days. And, if something major happens and there's a longer delay, we will let you know ASAP.
This is from the time it leaves our door to when it arrives on your doorstep. The closer you live, the faster the shipping will be!
In the rare case that we're running late (weather, emergencies, holidays, etc), we'll let you know. If there's a delay before it leaves our place, we'll send you an email. For mail shipping, you'll get a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your shipment.
Similarly, we expect that you'll do everything you can to pick up or receive your delivery during the given timeframe, even if there's an unexpected delay.
